1. Acceptable Use Policy
By provisioning an account or subscribing to our educational counseling CRM platform, you agree to comply with all local candidate privacy regulations and B2B terms. Abuse of workspace capacities or attempting to circumvent tenant isolation bounds is strictly prohibited.
2. Workspace Provisioning & Trial Expirations
B2B clients start on a 14-day trial plan with predefined resource limits (max users, branch offices, storage volume, and students). Exceeding plan limitations or failing to renew an expired trial will result in subscription suspension.
3. Anti-Spam Protections
Newsletter signups, contact requests, and demo submissions are protected by anti-spam filters. Automated bot crawlers and suspicious submissions will be silently ignored.
4. Liability
We do not assume liability for document upload authenticity or advisor commission ledgers generated inside client workspaces.
